Rates quoted are for one night stay and are based on double occupancy.
Full Breakfast is included and served in the Restaurant. Breakfast Served between 7:30am and 9:30am
Check In is 3:00pm and Check Out is 11:00am.
Your reservation is guaranteed by a 50% deposit taken on your credit card at the time of booking you reservation. This deposit is applied to the second half of your stay. No rate adjustment is made for late arrival or early departure.
The balance is to be paid on arrival.
Visa, American Express and Master Card are gladly accepted.

There is an 8% New York State tax and a 10% Service Charge on all stays at the hotel. This is separate from the quoted rates and will appear as additional charges on your room bill.
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
Weekends/Special Events 14 days prior to arrival
Holidays/Peak 21 days prior to arrival
Midweek non holiday 3 days prior to arrival
If cancellations occur after these time frames a non refundable charge of one nights stay will be applied to your credit card.
The Hotel Mountain Brook welcomes quiet well behaved pets.
A $25 fee will be charged per night for your pet.
To guarantee a pet friendly room please notify us when making the reservation.
While your pet is in the guest room we expect you to supervise it at all times.
When walking your pet on Hotel property a leash is required.
A refundable deposit of $75 dollars will be charged upon arrival with your pet.
Cell phone service in the mountains can be unreliable and will depend on your carrier, weather, and location in the hotel. Many cell phones will work outside and in the higher floors.
At Hotel Mountain Brook smoking is permitted outdoors only. Additional fees can be incurred for cleaning the room if smoke is detected.
A main hotel safe is available to all hotel guests. Please speak to the front desk.
Arrangements to safely store your ski equipment can be made with the front desk.
