Rates quoted are for one night stay and are based on double occupancy.

Check In is 3:00pm and Check Out is 12:00pm.

Your reservation is guaranteed by a 50% deposit taken on your credit card at the time of booking you reservation. This deposit is applied to the second half of your stay. No rate adjustment is made for late arrival or early departure.

American Express, Discover, Master Card, and Visa are gladly accepted.

The Hotel Mountain Brook Breakfast Menu

Served between 8:30 – 10:00am

1. Eggs any style with home fries, thick cut bacon or sausage, whole wheat or panini bread toast.

2. Buttermilk Pancakes, plain or with fresh blueberries or strawberries, Local maple syrup, Thick cut bacon or sausage.

3. Omelets with your choice of Cheese: New York State Cheddar, American, or Swiss; Mushrooms, onions, peppers, Locally smoked tavern Ham.

4. Challah French Toast with local Maple Syrup, Thick cut bacon or sausage.

Taxes & Fees

There is an 8% New York State tax on all stays at the hotel. This is separate from the quoted rates and will appear as additional charges on your room bill.

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

Weekends/Special Events 14 days prior to arrival
Holidays/Peak 21 days prior to arrival
Midweek non holiday 3 days prior to arrival

If cancellations occur after these time frames a non refundable charge of one night's stay may be applied to your credit card.

Pets

The Hotel Mountain Brook welcomes quiet well-behaved pets.

A $25 fee will be charged for your pet.

To guarantee a pet friendly room, please notify us when making the reservation.

While your pet is in the guest room we expect you to supervise it at all times.

When walking your pet on Hotel property a leash is required.

Cell Phones

Cell phone service in the mountains can be unreliable and will depend on your carrier, weather, and location in the hotel. Many cell phones will work outside and in the higher floors.

Smoking Policy

At Hotel Mountain Brook smoking is permitted outdoors only. Additional fees can be incurred for cleaning the room if smoke is detected.

A main hotel safe is available to all hotel guests. Please speak to the front desk.

Ski Equipment
