The Game Room
To the right of the Lobby is The Game Room - a ‘library’ where you can borrow board games, books, and DVDs from our curated collections. A beverage station is available 24/7, providing complimentary tea, coffee, hot chocolate, chilled canned drinks, and a water refill station.There’s access to a microwave and complimentary light snacks.
Have fun in the game room by playing the vintage games like shuffle board, Foosball, and 80s style retro Atari on the custom video game console. Feel like relaxing? Borrow a DVD to take back to your room for an impromptu movie night, or select a book to read by the stone fireplace in the Lounge.
The Lounge & The Bar
Though the Lobby and to the left is the Lounge/Dining Area. Relax on the leather sofa as you warm up by the stone fireplace. Sit at the bar and order a local draft beer, a can of wine, or one of our local craft cocktails. Utilize this sunlight filled room by working remotely at one of the marble bistro tables. Gather with friends for conversations at the coffee table. Outside food is welcome in this area, so feel free to pick up food to-go from one of Tannersville’s local restaurants and enjoy it on property.
The Dining Area
In the morning, guests can enjoy the complimentary Continental breakfast buffet in the Dining Area. Everyday there is a fresh, hot-specialty item whipped up by Chef Ryan. Options at the daily buffet may include Sandra’s Homemade Overnight Oats, yogurt cups, fresh fruits, berries & other toppings, along with a selection of breads for toasting, butters & jams, fresh coffee, tea, and juice.

The Front Porch
Listen to the birds sing while sitting in one of our lounge areas on the Front Porch - you can even eat your breakfast on the outside tables! Explore the property grounds: play yard games out front (like corn-hole or giant jenga), eat lunch outside at one of our picnic tables, or borrow a woven blanket from the lobby and recline on the lawn.
The Fire Pits
Once the sun goes down, you’ll want to star gaze under the clear upstate skies! We have two outdoor fire pits that burn most nights of the year. Bundle up with a warm, fireside blanket from the Lobby to sit outside with on those colder evenings. On the front lawn there’s a bonfire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs, perfect for conversations with friends. Perfect for smaller gatherings is a Chiminea style fireplace around the side of the building, to the left of the Dining Area. Of course, no campfire is complete without s’mores - grab a complimentary kit from the Lobby!
